Hello, Mandy Roma here, I'm so excited to expand my little suite. I've been a hairdresser for 24 years and it's truly been a passion of mine and I've loved every minute of it. I'm excited to offer this experience to anyone that truly just needs to get out of their headspace and find peace in the moment. This is an experience like no other. Truly something that everyone should treat themselves to. WE ARE UNABLE TO PROVIDE SERVICES TO CLIENTS WHO: Have had recent surgery (medical, cosmetic, or reconstructive) Show signs of infection Have high fevers, cold, or flu symptoms Have chemical burns Have open sores or wounds on the scalp Experience severe scalp or abdominal pain Have suspicious or cancerous growths on the head or scalp Are under the influence of recreational drugs or alcohol Have experienced an epileptic seizure within the last year Are heavily pregnant (please seek medical advice from your GP) Have excessive scalp conditions beyond our expertise (we may refer you to a dermatologist) Have high or low blood pressure Have sunburn on the scalp Have cardiovascular disorders, a history of thrombosis, or severe headaches Please note that a head spa is not a substitute for medical attention. Customers with underlying problems or concerns should speak to their GP. Head Space Spa will not perform services on anyone with the above conditions, as it is a contraindication for safe and effective treatment. Are head spas suitable for all hair & scalp types? If you have hair extensions, braids, dreadlocks, or extreme matting, we advise undoing/removing these prior to your appointment. To be suitable for a head spa, we need to have proper and sufficient access to your scalp! Should I wash my hair before my appointment? No need to wash your hair prior, this is where we come in handy! We prefer if you leave your hair unwashed 2-3 days before your appointment so we can get an accurate examination of your scalp, and choose the correct products tailored to your hair and your scalp needs. Can I record my session? We request that you kindly put your mobile phone on silent and away. We want you to enjoy this experience with minimal distractions. Your therapist can provide personalised recommendations during your appointments.
CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly remind you that appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-show appointments, will be charged the full cost of the booked treatment. As a small business, we reserve a specific time slot just for you to ensure we can meet your treatment needs. When an appointment is missed or canceled late, it prevents us from offering that time to another client. Please note that you will receive reminders outside of this time frame, providing ample time to reschedule if needed Thank you for understanding and helping us serve you better.
